1 oz. dry sherry
3/4 oz. Spanish brandy
1/4 oz. white rum
Stir with ice in a mixing glass. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with the twist.
Christian Brothers brandy, Tio Pepe dry sherry, Flor de Caña silver rum. This is a rather light cocktail. The sherry really comes through while the brandy offers some warmth. I’m not sure what the rum is doing, but whatever it is, it’s good.
