Juice of half a lime
Dash of grenadine
2 barspoons powdered sugar
3 3/4 oz. grapefruit juice
2 oz. white rum
Shake in a shaker with ice. Strain into a large highball glass over crushed ice.
Flor de Caña silver rum. Yet another summery cocktail with a good sweet/tart/bitter balance. There’s not much of a noticeable kick, which can be dangerous. This is a great variation on lemonade.
