June 23, 2016 – The Republic Steakhouse


1 1/4 oz. orange juice
1/4 oz. apricot brandy
1 1/2 oz. gin

Shake in a shaker with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass.

Cadenheadʼs Old Raj gin. You know you’ve got a good one when your first reaction is “Ooooh!” This is a very good cocktail. The apricot brandy adds a bit of sweetness. This is a brand of gin I have not had before, and I’m very pleased with it. You know it’s a gin without it being overly piney or botanical.
