3/4 oz. lemon juice
1 egg white
1 barspoon powdered sugar
1/4 oz. simple syrup
3/4 oz. gin
3/4 oz. sloe gin

Shake first six ingredients very vigourously over ice in a shaker. Strain into a collins glass over ice and fill with soda.

Cadenhead’s Old Raj gin, Plymouth sloe gin. Oh boy! THIS is a great drink. Zach did a great job with the shaker; the “meringue” is perfect and clings to the drink. The sloe gin is quite fruity, reminiscent of cherries. The Old Raj’s middle of the road gin-ness supports the drink well. I could drink a lot of this.
