July 14, 2016 – The Republic Steakhouse


3/4 oz. lemon juice
1/4 oz. apricot brandy
1 barspoon powdered sugar
1 1/2 oz. white rum

Shake in a shaker with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Flor  silver rum. A very nice drink! The apricot brandy comes through with a good fruity presence. Choosing Flor de Caña over Bacardi was a good choice; the Bacardi would have been lost.
