1 3/4 oz. Dubonnet
Stir Dubonnet and cassis over ice in an aperitif glass. Fill with soda, twist lemon peel over drink, and drop into the glass.
Edmund Briottet crème de cassis. This cocktail made think of a very light red wine. It’s not boozy at all. I think I might would prefer it up in stead of on the rocks.
