Juice of half a lime
1 barspoon powdered sugar
Dashes of crème de cassis
2 oz. white rum
Shake will with ice in a shaker. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Flor de Caña white rum, Edmund Briottet crème de cassis. A very tasty cocktail! The cassis’ usual floral fruitiness is a welcome change to the classic daiquiri.
