Brandy Eggnog

Brandy Eggnog

1 egg yolk
1/4 oz. sugar syrup
1 1/2 oz. brandy
1/4 oz. tawny port
3 1/2 oz. milk
3/4 oz. cream

Shake well with ice in a shaker. Strain into a large highball glass with ice. Sprinkle with nutmeg.

Christian Brothers brandy. This is exactly as I expected, a light eggnog that’s not overly sweet, overly thick, or overly boozy. Very tasty.
