Juice of half a lime
1 egg white
2 barspoons powdered sugar
Dash of grenadine
2 oz. white rum
Shake well with ice in a shaker. Strain into a cocktail glass.
Flor de Caña white rum. This is basically a traditional rum sour with a little grenadine. This is a solid cocktail; well balanced, tasty, and very pretty.
