Mai Tai

Juice of a lime
1 1/2 oz. Rose’s lime juice
Dash orgeat syrup
1/4 oz. apricot brandy
1 barspoon powdered sugar
2 oz. dark rum
3/4 oz. high-proof dark rum
Lime wedge
Mint sprig

Shake well with crushed ice in a shaker. Strain into a large highball glass over crushed ice. Add squeezed lime wedge and garnish with the mint sprig.

Diplomatico dark rum, Bacardi 151 high-proof rum. A very tasty drink that really packs a wallop of rum. The apricot brandy adds a nice almondy sweetness.
