3/4 oz. vermouth rosso
3/4 oz. Noilly Prat French dry vermouth
Dash of orange bitters
3/4 oz. orange juice
3/4 oz. gin
Shake well with ice in a shaker. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Dolin dry vermouth, Plymouth Navy Strength gin. This cocktail was a bit sweet, which is probably because of the Dolin vermouth. Noilly Prat is drier and therefore not as sweet. A very nice drink, with the orange juice playing well, as it does, with the gin.
