3/4 oz. cream sherry
1 oz. white rum
Squeeze lime over ice cubes in a small highball glass and drop into glass. Pour in sherry and rum and stir well.
Flor de Caña rum, Cuestra cream sherry. This is pretty good! Not sweet, but not overly tart, either. It’s rather complex. The rum is softened by the sherry, but still has a little bit to it. It gets better with every sip.
